Express Kerbside Delivery
Before Delivery
Before your delivery is due, you'll receive an email and SMS confirming your order has been dispatched.

The day of delivery
The morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS confirming your order is on route and will be delivered from 9am-5pm. Remember, a signature is required and we recommend the recipient to be able-bodied to transfer the product.

During your delivery
Our Express service will place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to your property, a signature upon delivery will be required. Once completed, you'll receive SMS confirmation. The pallet of flooring will be delivered to the kerbside/roadside at the nearest access point to your property and will need a signature on delivery.

The service is an 9am-5pm delivery window with a call from the driver when on route. 

Deliveries to remote areas: We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas for an additional charge. Remote area postcodes: PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE.

Things to consider
Our delivery is subject to access restrictions, for properties which have stepped access, flats above the ground floor (regardless of lift access), your order will be left at the ground floor external doorstep. For residential properties with stepped access flooring will be left at the bottom of the steps. Deliveries can be made in a variety of commercial vehicles, up to 18-tonne lorries. It is assumed that the property is easily accessible to these vehicle types.

If no one is available to accept your delivery at the address you’ve provided, we’ll charge you for re-delivery when you reschedule.

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floor has arrived. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.

We recommend adding a mobile number in at the point of ordering to make sure you receive your 4 hour delivery SMS, we will also send this information to your email address.

Returns Policy
If your order has yet to be dispatched, you will have up to 14 days to cancel in order to receive a full refund.

If your order has been dispatched or delivered, however you no longer need it, we’re happy to accept this back. Our 14 day returns guarantee means you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any returned items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. If you’d like to arrange a return, please make sure you have the following information to hand so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible:

• Your sales order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)
• Your contact details

Please note: You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense; original delivery cost is non-refundable.
